Response times
Solfa Theory is a small independent project, not a company with a support team. Most emails are answered within 3–5 business days. Bug reports that affect a core tool get priority. Feature requests are read but not always acted on.
Privacy of your message
Whatever you send by email stays between you and the developer. It will never be shared with third parties, added to a mailing list, or used for anything other than replying to you and, if relevant, fixing the issue you raised.
